They are based on ethno cultural of affinity, language similarity, unity of religion, similarity of historical destiny of our peoples.<br> One of the bright pages of relations between Ukraine with Serbia and Montenegro is necessary on XVIII century. At this time within South- Slavs the peoples arises powerful cultural - educational movement which has received the name of national-cultural Revival. In a basis it was development of capitalist relations, awakening of national consciousness, amplification of struggle with foreign enemies. At this stage of development of South- Slavs peoples, in particular, Serbs and Montenegro the especially large meaning are got public communications with Russian state, which included Ukraine in the structure in that time. In Russia and Ukraine ii?aaiuaiiua the Southern- Slavs saw uniform orthodox cultural - civilization space, force capable to protect from anneieeyoi?neie of policy Ottoman and Austrian Empires.<br> Let's notice, whether that development of mutual relation between Ukraine and Serbian and Montenegro by the peoples in the form of state -political communications was practically impossible at least considerably complicated because of absence in last state, inclusion of their grounds in system Ottoman Empire. Not for long own state had also Ukrainian people. After inclusion of a significant part of the Ukrainian grounds in structure of Russia the official contacts to the southern slaves were supported mainly through the central Russian government.<br> At the same time actively direct mutual relation of Ukraine with the Southern- Slavs in concessions sphere, economy, education., literature, fine art and other spheres of public life developed.<br> Though the problems development of public communications of Ukraine with Serbia and Montenegro in XVIII century an item also involved attention of the scientists separate questions and partial aspects of the given theme, as a rule, were shined only. Till now was not carried out of complex research Ukraine-Serbia-Montenegro of communications of the mentioned period. Unsufficiently investigated as well as separate directions of these contacts, and their interrelation and mutually conditionality during cultural - historical development East- Slavs and South- slavs of the peoples.<br> This work is based on researches of m.
